My blogging journey initiated with me chronicling my own life experiences of struggle experiences, insights gained, mental ahas, tribulation/triumphs, etc. Through this process of sharing my own journey, without ever anticipating as much – I unwittingly was making a positive impact on other women who followed my work. Over 5 years the footprint of that work significantly increased, as my social media grew. Also, I started experiencing unimagined changes and growth myself – the process was both painful as well as extremely liberating.
As a woman, through my youth and into my 30s, I have grappled with many insecurities, mental barriers, and limiting self-beliefs myself.
It took me intentional work to break through my own barriers and go beyond what I imagined my limits to be.
My 4 year old son, at that time, was being rambunctious and his Montessori teacher was trying to discipline him and also to guilt him – asked “who wakes you up in the morning ? Who cooks you breakfast, who takes care of you when you are feeling sick? “ and my son responds – Duh., my dad!
The teacher immediately felt bad, because in her mind she was stereotyping the parental relationships. It does not take a mother or a father to be a great parent. At my home, my kids are learning to cook from their dad.
It is time to break that paradigm. The South East Asian women from Chester County have taken a step towards that.
Sareewalk is about women’s inherent leadership that extends to any human being regardless of how they are judged by society for their diversity – they can be whoever they want.
Traditionally women ran households wearing saree, and now India’s president is a woman in saree of a tribal origin, women now are leaders in many fields including technology, and we have women scientists landing space shuttles on the moon
I have spent 25 years in the space of mindset and life-coach with a global non-profit – and over the past few years, I realized that this realm was truly my life’s passion and purpose – to help other women feel fully empowered and rediscover happiness, on their own journeys.

Author Ryuu Shinohara makes manifestation very acheivable through his practical examples in this book. Manifestation no longer seems like a mystic word but when guided through good practices and focus, you can certainly achieve. I recommend giving Focused Manifestation a read if you are serious about pursuing your dreams.
