By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Content Curation Agreement (“Agreement”) between myself and Nexus Diaries LLC (“Company”).

I agree to perform the following services as a Story Curator for Nexus Diaries LLC:

1. Review and select content relevant to Nexus Diaries LLC’s editorial focus.
2. Conduct interviews with business leaders, asking insightful questions to elicit engaging narratives.
3. Submit a first-person narrative of the collected stories for publication.

I understand that the publication of a story is contingent upon approval from the owner of Nexus Diaries LLC and the author, where applicable, must sign a copyright agreement before their story can be published. I acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including any derivative works created by me, shall be the sole and exclusive property of Company. I also understand and agree that this is a volunteer position and that I will not receive any monetary compensation for the Services performed hereunder. I agree to hold in confidence all confidential information of Company, including but not limited to unpublished content and any other information designated as confidential by Company. I will not disclose any such confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of Company or the author, where applicable. If I am a minor, I confirm that my Parent/Guardian has reviewed and consented to the terms of this Agreement on my behalf and will supervise my performance of the Services. I also agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements. Furthermore, I agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

I certify that the details provided by me at the time of registration are accurate, and I affirm that the photo of myself submitted as a Story Curator is authentic.
